A man was taken into police custody this week after allegedly trying to barge into actor Jame Foxx's Philadephia hotel room - where he was on location filming a new movie.
The man - 49-year-old William Brown - first tried to barge in on March 20, claiming to be a producer for singer Beyonce Knowles. He tried again on Tuesday and was taken into custody on stalking charges. He will appear for a hearing on April 7.
