Well, this is not the dialogue verbatim that Tampa resident, Belinda Donaldson had with her neighbor who telephoned her to let her know that there was a nearly 12ft alligator resting outside her front door.

I don't give a fuck how nice the weather is in most southern states. Cuz I can hardly deal with the city's rats and roaches so, you know I would have fainted just from the neighbor's phone call without having seen the 'gator yet.
