Kimora has been in the hospital since last night in labor pains expecting her first son and D'jmons first baby. She tweeted pics and comments about her pains.
*BTW* I know that triple fat goose neck that i love so much has to smell like cottage cheese by now. I cant wait to see what this baby looks like.
