The first Canibus Cafe opened in Portland, Oregon. Under President Obamas bill to legalize marijuana for patients who need it for a medical condition. The cafe is in a two story building that use to be a gentleman's club. It cost $25 a month for a membership. They get marijuana free over the counter from budtenders. The building has a 100 person capacity. I would love to see how fast these budtenders start flipping that money and turn into local hustlers connects. Thanks first black president!
