Forget traditional television rules, former "Daydreamin" singer and 'Fresh Prince of Belair' actress Tatyana Ali is bringing her original series to BET.com !

The series, unveiled in a teaser last year, has just been confirmed for a June 28 premiere on the network's website -- making it the first exclusive online series for BET.

Titled "Buppies," the series follows the life of Quincy (Ali), the socialite daughter of a Hollywood celebrity who realizes that her friends are her only real family left, after the tragic death of her father.

Flanked by her diverse group of friends, some who have major issues of their own to deal with, Quincy tries to rise above the drama that is L.A. life, but it's easier said than done.

According to BET, "Buppies" will debut on BET.com Sunday, June 28.

Harlem Heights

On Monday's episode of BET's "Harlem Heights" the drama continued between Brooke and Ashli. This time it was about ol' cue head azz Christian who Brooke "drunkenly" made out with at Ashli's job right in front of her. I was so hoping that Ashli would have hopped over the counter and drag Brooke by her rattail.
And of course Pierre got his feelings hurt because he went on a date with Brooke and was still feeling her and on top of that Christian is his homeboy. BooHoo nigga get over it.



Oh, and I can't forget super splashy, wavy* clown bird ass Jason who was throwing his weak game at one of Ashli's homegirls pero no success.

Harlem Heights

So who saw the latest episode of Harlem Heights? It was just as boring as Pierre and Brookes date. OMG! I really cant get into this show its really boring and I want to know where in harlem is this show taking place. As a harlemite ive been all up, down and around my hood but ive never seen any of these luxurious places shown or ppl. Personally I would have liked for them to cast a bunch of hood rats that were more familiar to the community. They not in Popeye's, McDonalds, Manna's no side pony tails, gum chewing any of that. Dang!!
